How to progress from the Pimsleur method?

People said that Pimsleur leaves you in the middle of nowhere. After completing it I agreed, it leaves you at an intermediate level (which is still great). How can I progress in learning Russian? (I’m only 16 so I can’t take a trip to Moscow!

When is the best time to incorporate grammar with the pimsleur method?
